Language Creation & World Building

Our lead writer and language creator has years of experience world building and making languages for characters to speak. We can work with you to build depth into your world. Stories that have depth are revisited and last longer than those without it. If you want your work to endure from its every intriguing lore depth, Evelondar Studios can help!

Language Creation

Evelondar Studios houses language master Alexander Boehme-Mason. Alexander has created over fifteen man-made constructed languages known as Conlangs. He has studied other conlangers like J.R.R. Tolkien and David Peterson from Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones, and has presented lessons over these at a club he founded called Artisans of Aesthetic Communications. Alexander creates his own languages for his book series Rise to Dust. He believes the language must reflect the history and culture of those who speak it. He also created the Banshee language for the Frostshires film series. Whether your need for a language is in film, television or books, Alexander can create one to build your world's depth.

Book Languages

Alexander understands true languages have a history and in his Rise To Dust book series, his many languages have developed with the people over time. Therefore, the names of many of his fantasy locations are in these languages and the names of his characters often also use these languages. No matter how much you need to have, Alexander createds a detailed and organized record of everywhere the language is used.

Film Languages

Fantasy languages are used in television and film all the time. Game of Thrones uses Dothraki and High Valeryian. The Lord of the Rings worlds use Elvish (Sindarin  & Quenya) and Star Trek uses Klingon. Alexander has an understanding of timing needs on screen and can ensure the grammar he uses for the translations on screen both sound aesthetically pleasing and are quick paced enough to be said on screen.

Graduation Celebration

Language Study

Alexander has a Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology, which allowed him to study how language develops and is spoken from infancy and across cultures. Alexander speaks a bit of over 19 languages, including some of his own. He studies the structure of other conglangs and always strives to make each language unique sounding from his others.
