HAVENCROFT

Action Short Film

Havencroft is the 2023 reimagining of the character Havencroft from the Frostshires film series. The original series featured Banshees in the forests of Hungary, but this short film spin off is a non-fantasy retelling.

Havencroft (Alexander Boehme-Mason) has been pursued by a strike team to his house and attempts to survive the night alone against his foes. Although the enemy has ignored one crucial factor- what Havencroft is fighting for.

THE FROSTSHIRES

Feature Film

The Frostshires is an action fantasy film, directed by Alexander Boehme-Mason in 2017. Alexander made this film his senior year of high school. The film took a few years to plan, three months to shoot and half a year to edit. The film is the first in a trilogy, however the sequel was canceled in the middle of filming due to the Covid pandemic. The first film remains the only completed in the series.

In a war between banshees and corrupt rulers, one immortal warrior, Thana (Jenna Ruiz), must find the courage in herself to face her fears and save the life of her loved one. When the corrupt Queen Chronosa (Lauren Olsen) curses Thana's boyfriend, Austin (Evan Shipman), due to a power quarrel, Thana must muster all of her courage to race, track down and destroy the Wraith King Azaugoth (Jordan Nelson), whom grants the power to heal Austin when killed. Her home city, the Ebonmire, grows restless as civil war threatens to break out. Thana's parents, Thanathos (Alexander Boehme-Mason), and Luciana (Caroline Nickolaus) must hold the city in check while Thana is away in a race against time.
